    وإن الأحدث السالف ذكرها قد تمَّت في فترات متفاوتة وكنا نعتقد أنها تصرفات فردية يمكن تجاوزها، ولكن تبين لنا مؤخرا أن هناك استمرارية وإصرار على مواصلة الاعتداءات وانتهاك الحدود الدولية للمملكة مما يظهر أن السلطات العراقية هي المسؤولة عن ذلك، الأمر الذي دفع بوفد المملكة الدائم لدى الأمم المتحدة ببعث هذه الرسالة إلى معالي الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة وسعادة رئيس مجلس الأمن لاتخاذ اللازم وفق ميثاق الأمم المتحدة ومسؤولية مجلس الأمن في الحفاظ على الأمن والاستقرار الدوليين، وإننا إذ نهيب بمجلس الأمن حث العراق على الكف عن انتهاك حُرمة حدود المملكة العربية السعودية الدولية مع حق المملكة الثابت في اتخاذ ما تراه مناسبا لحماية أمنها وحدودها الدولية.
